Built by real estate people, for real estate people
Joymore is an AI platform for residential real estate brokerages. We read every file the moment it arrives, so operators, real estate agents, and compliance teams can spend their time on judgment instead of data entry.
Residential real estate runs on paperwork. A single transaction can generate dozens of documents — the purchase agreement, disclosures, addenda, inspection reports, and the long email thread that pulls it all together. Multiply that across hundreds of real estate agents and thousands of deals a year, and the back office is drowning.
What we do
Joymore reads every file the moment it lands — no uploading, no checklists, no work for the real estate agent. From that contract intelligence we run the workflows a real estate brokerage actually needs:
- Compliance review on every file, automatically — not a sampled few.
- Real estate agent retention and coaching grounded in what is actually happening in each deal.
- Ancillary attach across lending, title, and insurance, surfaced at the right moment.
- Commission and disbursement reconciliation that ties back to the documents themselves.
Files can come from anywhere — your transaction system, your e-signature tool, or an inbox. Joymore plugs into the tools you already use, including DocuSign, Outlook, and Gmail, so nothing slips through and real estate agents never have to change how they work.
Why it matters
Real estate brokerage operations are still largely manual. Files get sampled instead of reviewed, exceptions surface late, and the work that needs human judgment is buried under the work that doesn't.
Joymore flips that. Software handles the minutia on every file, and people handle the decisions that actually move a deal — and a business — forward.
Who we are
Joymore is led by three cofounders who have spent their careers building category-defining software — including in real estate.

Cofounder and former CEO of GRIN, which he and Ryan grew from zero to a $1B valuation as the leader in creator management.

Cofounder of GRIN, where he built the technology behind a platform that scaled to hundreds of employees and $145M raised.

A cofounder of SkySlope, the real estate transaction platform that grew to power hundreds of thousands of real estate agents before its acquisition by Fidelity National Financial.
Between scaling a real estate transaction platform and building a venture-backed SaaS leader, we know this market from the inside — the documents, the deadlines, and the people doing the work. That's the perspective Joymore is built on.
