Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of the Joymore platform and website. Last updated June 2026.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Joymore website or platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using Joymore on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Use of the service

You may use Joymore only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you connect and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Customer data

You retain all rights to the documents and data your real estate brokerage connects to Joymore. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service as described in your agreement with us.

4. Intellectual property

The Joymore platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Joymore and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

5. Disclaimers

Joymore is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Joymore assists with compliance review but does not constitute legal advice; final responsibility for compliance decisions rests with your real estate brokerage.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joymore will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by other reasonable means.
