Connect Anthropic (Claude) so automations and Joy can send prompts to Claude through your own account for tasks you set up, while compliance review stays with Joymore.

What Joymore does

Some brokerages already use Claude for drafting and research. Connecting your Anthropic account lets Joymore automations send a prompt to Claude as one step in a workflow you set up. Compliance review on your files does not change. Joymore still reviews every file, clean files clear, and exceptions that need judgment go to your team.

Once Anthropic (Claude) is connected, Joymore automations can run Anthropic (Claude) actions, like sending a chat prompt to the Claude model you choose. Joy can also work in Anthropic (Claude) when someone on your team asks her to.

What you can do

Draft text from a prompt. An automation can send a prompt to Claude and use the response in a later step, like a first draft of an internal note.
Summarize text. An automation can ask Claude to summarize text you pass it, like a long email thread.
Send a prompt through Joy. Joy can send a prompt to Claude through your account when someone on your team asks her to.

How do I connect Anthropic (Claude) to Joymore?

Sign in to Joymore, open Settings, and connect your Anthropic (Claude) account. You can connect it for your whole brokerage or for a single user.

Does Claude make compliance decisions on my files?

No. Compliance review is part of Joymore, and exceptions that need judgment go to your team. Claude runs only the tasks you set up in an automation or ask Joy to do.

Whose Anthropic account is used?

The account you connect in Settings. Usage runs through that account.

Can automations react to events in Claude?

Anthropic (Claude) automations run actions, like sending a chat prompt. They do not start from Claude events.
