What Joymore does

Some brokerages already use OpenAI tools for writing and research. Connecting your OpenAI account lets Joymore automations call OpenAI for specific tasks you set up, like summarizing a long note or transcribing a voice memo. Compliance review on your files does not change. Joymore still reviews every file, clean files clear, and exceptions that need judgment go to your team.

Once OpenAI (ChatGPT) is connected, Joymore automations can react to OpenAI events, like a batch completing, and run OpenAI actions, like summarizing text or classifying items into categories. Joy can also work in OpenAI (ChatGPT) when someone on your team asks her to.

What you can do

Summarize long text. An automation can send text to OpenAI and get back a summary, for example a long email thread your team wants condensed.
Sort items into categories. An automation can use OpenAI to classify items into categories you define, like tagging internal notes by topic.
Transcribe audio. An automation can create a transcription of an audio file with OpenAI, like a recorded voice memo.
Send a prompt through Joy. Joy can send a prompt to your OpenAI account and return the response when someone on your team asks her to.
