Your brokerage's Google Business Profile is often where a client or a prospective agent first reads reviews of your offices. Connecting it lets Joymore automations watch for new reviews and lets your team ask Joy to handle replies and posts.
Once Google Business Profile is connected, Joymore automations can react to a new review or a new post, and run Google Business Profile actions, like replying to a review or creating a post. Joy can also work in Google Business Profile when someone on your team asks her to.
