Wave integration

Connect Wave so new invoices and customers reach the right person on your team, and Joy can create a customer or an invoice in Wave when someone asks her to.

What Joymore does

If your brokerage handles invoicing in Wave, your team already keeps customers and invoices there. Joymore connects to Wave so new activity reaches the people who follow up, and routine entries can be made without retyping.

Once Wave is connected, Joymore automations can react to a new invoice or a new customer in Wave and run Wave actions, like creating a customer or an invoice. Joy can also work in Wave when someone on your team asks her to.

What you can do

  • Track new invoices. When a new invoice is created in Wave, an automation can notify the teammate who tracks billing.
  • Create an invoice. An automation or Joy can create an invoice in Wave when someone on your team asks.
  • Add a customer. Joy can create a customer in Wave when asked, so the record is ready before the first invoice.

Do agents have to do anything in Wave?
