What Joymore does
If your team uses Google Forms for open-house sign-ins, client surveys, or document uploads, each answer usually gets moved somewhere else by hand. Joymore connects to Google Forms so new answers reach your CRM, a feedback summary, or the matching transaction file.
Once Google Forms is connected, Joymore automations can react to a new form answer or an updated answer and run Google Forms actions, like getting a response or creating a form. Joy can also work in Google Forms when someone on your team asks her to.

- Send open-house sign-ins to your CRM. When someone signs in at an open house through Google Forms, ready-made automations can add the attendee and visit context to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Zoho CRM.
- Summarize client feedback. When a client survey answer comes in, an automation summarizes it into your service themes and links it to a transaction only when there is a confident match. Low ratings and uncertain matches go to your team without contacting the respondent.
- Import uploaded PDFs. When form uploads arrive, an automation brings the original PDFs from Google Drive into the matching Joymore file, so no one downloads and files them by hand.

Sign in to Joymore, open Settings, and connect your Google Forms account. You can connect it for your whole brokerage or for a single user.
Do agents have to change how they use Google Forms?
No. Agents, clients, and visitors fill out your forms as they do today. Joymore picks up answers after they are submitted.
Will Joymore contact people who fill out my forms?
