Connect ActiveCampaign so contacts, deals, and tags stay current as files move forward, and your ActiveCampaign automations can start from what happens in Joymore.
What Joymore does
Brokerages that use ActiveCampaign keep contacts, deals, and nurture sequences there. Joymore does not run your marketing. Connecting ActiveCampaign lets Joymore automations update contacts and deals, and add people to your ActiveCampaign automations when a step in a file is done.
Once ActiveCampaign is connected, Joymore automations can react to a new or updated contact or a deal being added or updated, and run ActiveCampaign actions, like creating or updating a contact or adding a contact to an automation. Joy can also work in ActiveCampaign when someone on your team asks her to.
What you can do
- Update contacts from files. An automation can create or update an ActiveCampaign contact and tag it, for example when a client is added to a transaction.
- Start a nurture sequence. When a file closes, an automation can add the client to an ActiveCampaign automation you choose.
- Track deals. An automation can create or update an ActiveCampaign deal, and other automations can react when a deal is added or updated.
- Add notes for context. An automation can add a note to an ActiveCampaign contact or deal so the next person sees what happened.

Sign in to Joymore, open Settings, and connect your ActiveCampaign account. You can connect it for your whole brokerage or for a single user.
Does Joymore run my email marketing?
No. Your team stays in charge of campaigns and sequences in ActiveCampaign. Automations run only the ActiveCampaign actions you set up.
What can automations react to in ActiveCampaign?
