Facebook Pages integration

Connect Facebook Pages so Joy can create posts or reply to comments on your brokerage's Facebook Page when someone on your team asks her to.

What Joymore does

Many brokerages share team news, closings, and community posts on a Facebook Page. Joymore does not run your social media. Connecting Facebook Pages lets your team ask Joy to handle routine Page work, like posting an update or answering a comment.

Once Facebook Pages is connected, Joymore automations can run Facebook Pages actions, like creating a post or replying to a comment. Joy can also work in Facebook Pages when someone on your team asks her to.

What you can do

  • Post a team update. Joy can create a post on your brokerage's Facebook Page when someone on your team asks her to.
  • Reply to comments. Joy can list the comments on a post and add a reply when your team asks.
  • Review recent posts. Joy can list recent posts on your Page and get the details of a post or comment when asked.

Can automations react to new comments?

Facebook Pages automations run actions, like creating posts and comments. They do not start from Facebook events.
