What Joymore does
Many brokerages send newsletters and client updates from Mailchimp. Joymore does not run your campaigns. Connecting Mailchimp lets automations keep subscribers and tags up to date, so the audiences your marketing team uses reflect the people your brokerage works with.
Once Mailchimp is connected, Joymore automations can react to a new subscriber or an unsubscribe, and run Mailchimp actions, like adding or updating a subscriber or adding a tag. Joy can also work in Mailchimp when someone on your team asks her to.

- Add contacts from closed files. When a file closes, an automation can add or update the contact as a subscriber in the Mailchimp audience you choose.
- Keep tags organized. An automation can add or remove tags on a Mailchimp member, so your segments stay accurate.
- Notice unsubscribes. When someone unsubscribes in Mailchimp, an automation can notify the right person on your team.
