BoldSign integration
Connect BoldSign so documents go out from your templates and declined or completed documents reach the right person, while agents keep sending as they do now.
What Joymore does
Some brokerages send documents for signature in BoldSign. Joymore keeps the transaction file and reviews every file as it arrives. Connecting BoldSign lets signing events start the steps your team sets up, so a declined document does not sit unnoticed.
Once BoldSign is connected, Joymore automations can react to BoldSign events, like a document being completed or declined, and run BoldSign actions, like sending a document from a template. Joy can also work in BoldSign when someone on your team asks her to.
What you can do
- Catch declined documents. When a BoldSign document is declined, an automation can alert the file's internal owner so it does not sit unnoticed.
- Act on completed documents. When a BoldSign document is completed, an automation can let the right person on your team know.
- Send from a template. An automation or Joy can send a BoldSign document from one of your templates.
