Zoho Sign integration

Connect Zoho Sign so documents can go out for signature when your team asks, and signed or completed documents reach the right person on your team.

What Joymore does

Some brokerages send documents for signature in Zoho Sign. Joymore keeps the transaction file and reviews every file as it arrives. Connecting Zoho Sign lets signing progress start the steps your team sets up, without agents changing how they send.

Once Zoho Sign is connected, Joymore automations can react to Zoho Sign events, like a document being signed or completed, and run Zoho Sign actions, like sending a document or getting its details. Joy can also work in Zoho Sign when someone on your team asks her to.

What you can do

  • Act on completed documents. When a Zoho Sign document is completed, an automation can get its details and alert the file's internal owner.
  • Track signatures. When someone signs a Zoho Sign document, an automation can let your team know where the document stands.
  • Send documents. An automation or Joy can send a Zoho Sign document for signature when someone on your team asks.
