Connect PandaDoc so unsent drafts can be prepared from verified file data, and failed, expired, or declined documents reach the right person for review.
What Joymore does
Some brokerages prepare and send documents for signature in PandaDoc. Joymore holds the verified transaction data and reviews every file as it arrives, so connecting PandaDoc lets that data fill your PandaDoc templates and lets document problems reach your team instead of sitting unnoticed.
Once PandaDoc is connected, Joymore automations can react to PandaDoc events, like a document changing state or a recipient completing it, and run PandaDoc actions, like creating a document from a template or downloading a completed document. Joy can also work in PandaDoc when someone on your team asks her to.
What you can do
- Draft documents from file data. At a file milestone you choose, Joy fills an existing PandaDoc template with verified parties and transaction details and saves it as an unsent draft for a person to review and send.
- Flag document exceptions. When a PandaDoc document fails, expires, or is declined, Joy checks it against your transactions and routes it to your team for internal review.
- Download completed documents. When a recipient completes a PandaDoc document, an automation can download the completed copy for your team.

No. Agents keep sending from PandaDoc as they do today. Drafts that Joy prepares stay unsent until a person reviews and sends them.

Sign in to Joymore, open Settings, and connect your PandaDoc account. You can connect it for your whole brokerage or for a single user.
Does Joy send PandaDoc documents on her own?
Not in the drafting automation. It saves an unsent draft, and a person on your team reviews and sends it.
Does Joymore work with other e-signature tools?
Yes. You can connect DocuSign and other e-signature apps from the same Settings page.
