What Joymore does
Your agents already send for signature in DocuSign. Joymore syncs with DocuSign directly, so completed packets reach the transaction file without anyone downloading and re-uploading them. Every new document goes into compliance review as soon as it lands. Clean files clear, and the exceptions that need judgment go to your team.
Once DocuSign is connected, Joymore automations can react to envelope events, like a packet completing or being declined, and run DocuSign actions, like preparing an envelope at a milestone you choose. Joy can also work in DocuSign when someone on your team asks her to.

- File signed packets. When a DocuSign packet completes, Joy files the completed documents on the matching Joymore transaction.
- Catch declined and voided packets. When a packet is declined or voided, Joy alerts the file's internal owner so it does not sit unnoticed.
- Prepare envelopes from file data. At a document milestone you choose, Joy prepares an unsent DocuSign envelope from verified file data.
- Review aging packets. Joy lists sent or delivered envelopes that are still waiting, so your team can follow up before they hold up a closing.

How do I connect DocuSign to Joymore?
Sign in to Joymore, open Settings, and connect your DocuSign account. You can connect it for your whole brokerage or for a single user.
What happens to a packet once it is signed?
The completed documents sync to the matching transaction file and go through compliance review automatically. Clean files clear, and exceptions go to your team.
Does Joymore work with other e-signature tools?
Yes. You can connect PandaDoc and other e-signature apps from the same Settings page. DocuSign has the deepest support today, with a direct sync built by Joymore.
