Asana integration
Connect Asana so confirmed compliance issues, contract deadlines, and close-out reviews become assigned tasks in the queue your team already works from.
What Joymore does
If your team runs its work in Asana, that is where follow-ups should land. Joymore connects to Asana so confirmed compliance issues, recorded deadlines, and review requests become assigned tasks, and blocked work comes back to the matching transaction file.
Once Asana is connected, Joymore automations can react to Asana events, like a task field being updated or a task being completed, and run Asana actions, like creating a task or adding a comment. Joy can also work in Asana when someone on your team asks her to.
What you can do
- Create compliance tasks. When an issue is confirmed, a ready-made automation creates an Asana task for a named internal owner with the evidence and a link to the file.
- Keep deadline tasks current. When recorded contract dates change, an automation creates or updates date-only Asana tasks and keeps completed work when dates move.
- Queue close-out reviews. When close-out review is requested, an automation adds an assigned task to your Asana queue while Joymore keeps the review and approval.
- Alert owners about blocked tasks. When your chosen blocker field shows a task is blocked, an automation matches it to one transaction and notifies the responsible internal teammate with the task and file details.

Asana and Joymore questions
How do I connect Asana to Joymore?
Sign in to Joymore, open Settings, and connect your Asana account. You can connect it for your whole brokerage or for a single user.
Do agents need to use Asana?
No. These automations are for your internal team. Agents keep working as they do today.
Does Joymore approve reviews in Asana?
No. The review task puts the request in your team's queue. Review and approval stay in Joymore.
What if a blocked task does not match a file?
It gets a recorded review or skipped outcome instead of an alert on the wrong file.
