ClickUp integration
Connect ClickUp so blocked tasks reach the right owner on the matching Joymore file, and follow-up work can become ClickUp tasks your team already tracks.
What Joymore does
If your team tracks work in ClickUp, a stuck task can hold up a file without anyone on the file knowing. Joymore connects to ClickUp so blocked work comes back to the matching transaction file, and new follow-ups can be created where your team already works.
Once ClickUp is connected, Joymore automations can react to ClickUp events, like a task being updated or a new task comment, and run ClickUp actions, like creating a task or adding a comment. Joy can also work in ClickUp when someone on your team asks her to.
What you can do
- Alert owners about blocked tasks. When a ClickUp task enters Blocked, a ready-made automation brings the task and its recorded context to the responsible teammate on the matching Joymore file.
- Create follow-up tasks. An automation or Joy can create a ClickUp task or checklist when someone on your team needs the next step tracked.
- Act on new comments. When a new comment is added to a ClickUp task, an automation can notify the teammate who owns it.
