Google Sheets integration

Connect Google Sheets so closings and completed file reviews are logged in the spreadsheets your team already uses, with a link back to each Joymore file.

What Joymore does

If your team keeps trackers in Google Sheets, like a closing log or a review log, someone usually fills them in by hand. Joymore connects to Google Sheets so recorded details from your transaction files can land in those sheets automatically.

Once Google Sheets is connected, Joymore automations can react to a new row or an update in a sheet and run Google Sheets actions, like adding a row or updating one. Joy can also work in Google Sheets when someone on your team asks her to.

What you can do

  • Log closings. When a file closes, a ready-made automation adds the recorded closing details and a Joymore link to the sheet you choose.
  • Log completed file reviews. When a human file review finishes, an automation records the file reference and completion details in your chosen sheet.
  • Start work from a new row. When a new row is added to a sheet, an automation can notify the teammate who owns the next step.
  • Look up a row. Joy can find a row or read a range in Google Sheets and share it when asked.

How do I connect Google Sheets to Joymore?

Sign in to Joymore, open Settings, and connect your Google Sheets account. You can connect it for your whole brokerage or for a single user.

Do I need a new spreadsheet?

No. The logging automations add rows to an existing sheet you pick during setup.

Does the closing log update when a file changes later?

No. Each closing is logged when the file closes. Later changes are not written back, and the log does not show payment status.
