Microsoft Excel integration

Connect Microsoft Excel so closings and completed file reviews are logged in the workbooks your team already uses, with a link back to each Joymore file.

What Joymore does

If your team keeps trackers in Excel, like a closing log or a review log, someone usually types those entries by hand. Joymore connects to Microsoft Excel so recorded details from your transaction files can land in those workbooks automatically.

Once Microsoft Excel is connected, Joymore automations can react to a new row or a changed cell value and run Excel actions, like adding a row or updating a cell. Joy can also work in Excel when someone on your team asks her to.

What you can do

  • Log closings. When a file closes, a ready-made automation adds the recorded closing details and a Joymore link to the workbook you choose.
  • Log completed file reviews. When a human file review finishes, an automation records the file reference and completion details in your chosen workbook.
  • Act on a changed cell. When a cell value changes or a new row is added, an automation can notify the teammate who owns the next step.
  • Look up a row. Joy can find a row or read table rows in Excel and share them when asked.

Microsoft Excel and Joymore questions

How do I connect Microsoft Excel to Joymore?

Sign in to Joymore, open Settings, and connect your Microsoft Excel account. You can connect it for your whole brokerage or for a single user.

Do I need a new workbook?

No. The logging automations add rows to an existing workbook you pick during setup.

Does the closing log update when a file changes later?

No. Each closing is logged when the file closes. Later changes are not written back, and the log does not show payment status.
