What Joymore does
Your team already plans its week in Google Calendar. Joymore keeps the recorded dates for each transaction file, so connecting Google Calendar puts the dates you choose on a team calendar and gives teammates file context before their appointments.
Once Google Calendar is connected, Joymore automations can react to Google Calendar events, like a new or updated event or an upcoming appointment, and run Google Calendar actions, like creating or updating an event. Joy can also work in Google Calendar when someone on your team asks her to.
What you can do
- Add contract dates. Joy places selected, documented contract dates on a team Google Calendar so they appear in its normal schedule.
- Brief teammates before appointments. Before selected appointments, Joy posts a short brief from recorded file information on the matched Joymore file and mentions the teammate working it. She does not contact attendees or change the calendar.
- Schedule with Joy. Joy can create an event or add attendees in Google Calendar when someone on your team asks.
