Connect Brevo so automations can add or update contacts and send transactional emails, and react to the Brevo email events your team wants to act on.
What Joymore does
Some brokerages use Brevo for client email and contact lists. Connecting Brevo lets Joymore automations keep contacts up to date and send transactional emails as part of the steps your team sets up.
Once Brevo is connected, Joymore automations can react to Brevo marketing and transactional email events, and run Brevo actions, like adding or updating a contact or sending a transactional email. Joy can also work in Brevo when someone on your team asks her to.
What you can do
- Keep contacts current. An automation can add or update a Brevo contact, for example when a new client joins a transaction.
- Send a transactional email. An automation can send a transactional email through Brevo at a milestone you choose.
- Act on email events. When Brevo reports a marketing or transactional email event, an automation can notify the right person on your team.

Sign in to Joymore, open Settings, and connect your Brevo account. You can connect it for your whole brokerage or for a single user.
Does Joymore send email through Brevo?
Only when you set up an automation to do it or ask Joy to. Automations can send transactional emails through your Brevo account.
Does Joymore run my email marketing?
No. Your team stays in charge of campaigns in Brevo.
