HubSpot integration
Connect HubSpot so closings, new clients, and open-house sign-ins reach the right HubSpot records, while your agents keep working their contacts the way they do today.
What Joymore does
Brokerages use HubSpot to manage contacts, deals, and marketing. Joymore handles the transaction file and its compliance review, so connecting HubSpot lets milestones on a file, like a closing, reach the matching HubSpot record without manual updates. HubSpot stays your CRM, and Joymore keeps reviewing every file as it arrives.
Once HubSpot is connected, Joymore automations can react to HubSpot events, like a deal moving into a new stage or a new form submission, and run HubSpot actions, like creating a contact or updating a deal. Joy can also work in HubSpot when someone on your team asks her to.
What you can do
- Update closing status. When a file closes, Joy applies your approved closing stage or status to the mapped HubSpot record, changing only the field you choose.
- Add closed clients as contacts. When a file closes, Joy adds verified clients who are missing from HubSpot as new contacts and leaves existing contacts unchanged.
- Capture open-house sign-ins. When visitors sign in through Google Forms, Jotform, or Typeform, Joy adds new attendees to HubSpot as contacts, so nobody types up the sign-in sheet.
- Act on deal stage changes. When a HubSpot deal enters a stage you choose, an automation can create a task or add a note so the next step has an owner.

HubSpot and Joymore questions
Do agents have to change how they use HubSpot?
No. Agents keep working in HubSpot as they do today. Automations update the records you choose, with no extra steps for agents.
How do I connect HubSpot to Joymore?
Sign in to Joymore, open Settings, and connect your HubSpot account. You can connect it for your whole brokerage or for a single user.
Do these automations send messages to clients?
No. The closing and contact automations update HubSpot records only and do not send outreach to clients.
Does Joymore replace HubSpot?
No. HubSpot stays your CRM. Joymore handles transaction files and compliance review, and automations pass information between the two where you set them up.
