Insightly integration

Connect Insightly so new and updated records can start the next step for your brokerage team, and contacts and tasks get created without anyone retyping them.

What Joymore does

Teams use Insightly to track contacts, organizations, and opportunities. The transaction files behind those relationships, and their compliance review, live in Joymore. Connecting Insightly lets record changes start the steps your team sets up, and lets automations add contacts and tasks for you.

Once Insightly is connected, Joymore automations can react to Insightly events, like a new or updated record, and run Insightly actions, like creating a contact or a task. Joy can also work in Insightly when someone on your team asks her to.

What you can do

  • Create follow-up tasks. When a new record is added in Insightly, an automation can create a task so the follow-up has an owner.
  • Watch for changes. When a record is updated or deleted in Insightly, an automation can alert the right person on your team.
  • Add contacts. An automation or Joy can create a contact in Insightly from details your team already has.
