What Joymore does
Teams use Freshsales to track contacts and deals. The transaction files behind those deals, and their compliance review, live in Joymore. Connecting Freshsales lets automations and Joy add contacts and deals there for your team.
Once Freshsales is connected, Joymore automations can run Freshsales actions, like creating a contact or a deal. Joy can also work in Freshsales when someone on your team asks her to.
What you can do
- Add new contacts. An automation can create a contact in Freshsales when an event you choose happens in another app, so nobody enters the person twice.
- Open deals. An automation or Joy can create a deal in Freshsales from details your team already has.
- Look up contacts and deals. Joy can list contacts and deals in Freshsales when someone on your team asks, so answers come from the record.
