What Joymore does
Agents and staff keep client phone numbers and emails in Google Contacts. Joymore holds the verified parties on every transaction file, so connecting Google Contacts lets clients from closed files reach your contact list without anyone copying them over.
Once Google Contacts is connected, Joymore automations can react to Google Contacts events, like a new or updated contact, and run Google Contacts actions, like creating a contact or adding it to a group. Joy can also work in Google Contacts when someone on your team asks her to.

- Add closed clients as contacts. When a file closes, Joy adds verified clients who are missing from Google Contacts and leaves existing contacts unchanged. Uncertain matches go to your team for review.
- Group contacts. An automation or Joy can add contacts to a contact group, such as past clients, so they are easy to find.
- Look up a contact. Joy can search Google Contacts when someone on your team asks for a client's details.
