Notion integration

Connect Notion so closings and completed file reviews are logged in the Notion databases your team already uses, with a link back to each Joymore file.

What Joymore does

If your team keeps trackers in Notion, like a closing log or a review log, someone usually adds those entries by hand. Joymore connects to Notion so recorded details from your transaction files can land in those databases automatically.

Once Notion is connected, Joymore automations can react to Notion events, like a new page in a database or updated page properties, and run Notion actions, like creating or updating a page. Joy can also work in Notion when someone on your team asks her to.

What you can do

  • Log closings. When a file closes, a ready-made automation adds the recorded closing details and a Joymore link to the Notion database you choose.
  • Log completed file reviews. When a human file review finishes, an automation records the file reference and completion details in your chosen database.
  • Act on updated pages. When page properties change in a Notion database, an automation can notify the teammate who owns the next step.
  • Find or add pages. Joy can query a Notion database or create a page when someone on your team asks.

Notion and Joymore questions

How do I connect Notion to Joymore?

Sign in to Joymore, open Settings, and connect your Notion account. You can connect it for your whole brokerage or for a single user.

Do I need a new Notion database?

No. The logging automations add entries to an existing database you pick during setup.

Does the closing log update when a file changes later?

No. Each closing is logged when the file closes. Later changes are not written back, and the log does not show payment status.
