What Joymore does
Many brokerages schedule their day in Outlook Calendar. Joymore keeps the recorded dates for each transaction file, so connecting Outlook Calendar puts the dates you choose on the calendar and gives teammates file context before their appointments.
Once Outlook Calendar is connected, Joymore automations can react to Outlook Calendar events, like a new or updated event or an upcoming appointment, and run Outlook Calendar actions, like creating or updating an event. Joy can also work in Outlook Calendar when someone on your team asks her to.
What you can do
- Add contract dates. On your chosen schedule, Joy places selected recorded contract dates on the connected account's default Outlook calendar and updates the entry if a date changes.
- Brief teammates before appointments. Before selected appointments, Joy posts a short brief from recorded file information on the matched Joymore file and mentions the teammate working it. She does not contact attendees or change the calendar.
- Find meeting times. Joy can find open meeting times or create an event in Outlook Calendar when someone on your team asks.
