What Joymore does
If your team tracks work in Smartsheet, a new or changed row often means someone needs to act. Joymore connects to Smartsheet so sheet activity can start an automation, and updates can be made in the sheets your team already uses.
Once Smartsheet is connected, Joymore automations can react to Smartsheet events, like a new row or an updated row, and run Smartsheet actions, like adding a row or adding a comment. Joy can also work in Smartsheet when someone on your team asks her to.
What you can do
- Route new rows. When a new row is added to a sheet, an automation can notify the teammate who owns the next step.
- Act on updated rows. When a row is updated, an automation can let the right person know what changed.
