Trello integration
Connect Trello so blocked cards reach the responsible teammate on the matching Joymore file, and follow-up work can land on the boards your team already uses.
What Joymore does
If your team tracks work on Trello boards, a stuck card can hold up a file without anyone on the file knowing. Joymore connects to Trello so blocked work comes back to the matching transaction file, and new follow-ups can be added where your team already looks.
Once Trello is connected, Joymore automations can react to Trello events, like a card moving to another list or a new comment, and run Trello actions, like creating a card or adding a comment. Joy can also work in Trello when someone on your team asks her to.
What you can do
- Alert owners about blocked cards. When a mapped Trello card enters Blocked, a ready-made automation posts a comment on the matching Joymore transaction with the card link and file context for the responsible teammate.
- Act on moved cards. When a card moves to another list, an automation can notify the teammate who owns the next step.
- Create cards for follow-ups. An automation or Joy can create a Trello card, add a comment, or move a card when someone on your team asks.
