Box integration
Connect Box so transaction folders flow into Joymore for compliance review, and filed and approved closing documents are copied back to the right Box folder.
What Joymore does
Many brokerages store transaction folders in Box. Joymore can import documents straight from Box into transaction files, where they go through compliance review like any other document. Clean files clear, and the exceptions that need judgment go to your team. Automations can also copy documents and approved closings back to the mapped Box folder.
Once Box is connected, Joymore automations can react to new file and folder events, and run Box actions, like uploading a file or creating a shared link. Joy can also work in Box when someone on your team asks her to.
What you can do
- Import transaction folders. On a schedule you choose, an automation imports Box transaction folders, existing files, and later revisions into Joymore intake for review.
- Route classified documents. When Joymore classifies a document, an automation copies it to the mapped Box folder.
- Set up working folders at Active. When a file enters Active, an automation copies selected existing documents to the mapped Box working folder.
- Archive approved closings. When a file is closed and broker approval is recorded, an automation archives the cover sheet and selected final documents together in Box.

Sign in to Joymore, open Settings, and connect your Box account. You can connect it for your whole brokerage or for a single user.
Do agents have to change how they use Box?
