Connect Google Drive so transaction documents move between your Drive folders and Joymore files, and every imported document goes through compliance review.
What Joymore does
Many brokerages keep deal folders in Google Drive. Joymore can import documents straight from those folders into transaction files, where they go through compliance review like any other document. Clean files clear, and the exceptions that need judgment go to your team. Automations can also copy filed documents and approved closings back to the mapped Drive folder.
Once Google Drive is connected, Joymore automations can react to new or changed files and new comments, and run Google Drive actions, like uploading a file or creating a folder. Joy can also work in Google Drive when someone on your team asks her to.
What you can do
- Import deal folders. On a schedule you choose, an automation imports Google Drive transaction folders, existing files, and later revisions into Joymore intake for review.
- Copy newly filed documents. When Joymore files a transaction document, an automation copies it to the file's mapped Google Drive folder.
- Archive approved closings. When a closed file has broker approval, an automation archives the cover sheet and selected final documents together in Drive.
- Bring in form uploads. When Google Forms uploads arrive, an automation brings the original PDFs into Joymore document intake.

Sign in to Joymore, open Settings, and connect your Google Drive account. You can connect it for your whole brokerage or for a single user.
Do agents have to change how they use Google Drive?
