Connect OneDrive so new documents in your intake folders reach Joymore for compliance review, and filed and closed documents land in the right OneDrive folder.
What Joymore does
Many brokerages on Microsoft 365 keep deal documents in OneDrive. Joymore can import documents straight from OneDrive into transaction files, where they go through compliance review like any other document. Clean files clear, and the exceptions that need judgment go to your team. Automations can also copy filed documents and approved closings back to the mapped OneDrive folder.
Once OneDrive is connected, Joymore automations can react to new files and new folders, and run OneDrive actions, like uploading a file or creating a sharing link. Joy can also work in OneDrive when someone on your team asks her to.
What you can do
- Import new intake documents. When files land in a OneDrive intake folder, an automation brings them into Joymore intake for review.
- Copy newly filed documents. When Joymore files a document, an automation copies it to the mapped OneDrive folder.
- Sync working folders at Active. When a file goes active, an automation copies selected existing documents to the mapped OneDrive working folder.
- Archive approved closings. When a file is closed and broker approval is recorded, an automation archives the cover sheet and selected final documents together in OneDrive.

How do I connect OneDrive to Joymore?
Sign in to Joymore, open Settings, and connect your OneDrive account. You can connect it for your whole brokerage or for a single user.
Do agents have to change how they use OneDrive?
No. Agents and staff keep saving to the same OneDrive folders. Joymore picks up documents from the folders you select, with no extra steps for agents.
What happens to documents imported from OneDrive?
