Connect Google Docs so automations and Joy can create documents from your templates and fill in the details, instead of your team copying text by hand.
What Joymore does
Brokerage teams use Google Docs for checklists, memos, and internal templates. Joymore keeps the transaction file and reviews every file as it arrives. Connecting Google Docs lets automations and Joy create and update the documents your team writes around each file.
Once Google Docs is connected, Joymore automations can react to Google Docs events, like a new or updated document, and run Google Docs actions, like creating a document from a template or replacing text in it. Joy can also work in Google Docs when someone on your team asks her to.
What you can do
- Create documents from templates. An automation can create a Google Doc from your template and replace placeholder text with details your team provides.
- Add to a running doc. An automation or Joy can append text or a table to an existing Google Doc, so a shared record stays current.
- React to new documents. When a new Google Doc is created, an automation can let the right person on your team know.
- Export a document. Joy can export a Google Doc when someone on your team asks, for example to share a finished version.

How do I connect Google Docs to Joymore?
Sign in to Joymore, open Settings, and connect your Google Docs account. You can connect it for your whole brokerage or for a single user.
Is Google Docs the same as the Google Drive integration?
No. Google Docs connects on its own for creating and editing documents. The Google Drive integration imports documents from your drive into Joymore.
Can Joy edit an existing Google Doc?
Yes. When someone on your team asks, Joy can find a document and add, replace, or format text in it.
