What Joymore does
Brokerages use Rex to manage contacts, leads, and listings. Those contacts become the clients behind the transaction files Joymore reviews. Connecting Rex lets activity there start the work your team sets up, while agents keep working in Rex.
Once Rex is connected, Joymore automations can react to Rex events, like a new contact or a new lead being created, and run Rex actions, like creating a contact or setting a reminder. Joy can also work in Rex when someone on your team asks her to.
What you can do
- Follow up on new leads. When a new lead is created in Rex, an automation can create a reminder in Rex so the follow-up has an owner and a date.
- Act on new contacts. When a new contact is created in Rex, an automation can alert the right person on your team.
- Add contacts and leads. An automation or Joy can create a contact or lead in Rex from details your team already has, so nobody enters them twice.
