What Joymore does
Brokerage teams that run their phones on Aircall handle a steady flow of calls and texts with agents and clients. Connecting Aircall lets Joymore automations act on that activity, so follow-ups reach the right person on your team.
Once Aircall is connected, Joymore automations can react to a call ending or a new SMS, and run Aircall actions, like retrieving a call transcription or updating a contact. Joy can also work in Aircall when someone on your team asks her to.
What you can do
- Follow up after a call. When an Aircall call ends, an automation can retrieve the call details and transcription so the right person can follow up.
- Act on new texts. When a new SMS arrives in Aircall, an automation can alert the right person on your team.
- Keep contacts current. An automation or Joy can create or update an Aircall contact, for example when a new client joins a transaction.
