Some brokerages and agents talk with clients on WhatsApp. Connecting WhatsApp Business lets Joymore automations send messages from your business account as part of the steps your team sets up.
Once WhatsApp Business is connected, Joymore automations can react to a new message being sent and run WhatsApp Business actions, like sending a text message or sending a message from a template. Joy can also work in WhatsApp Business when someone on your team asks her to.

- Send template updates. An automation can send a WhatsApp message from one of your message templates, for example a reminder at a milestone you choose.
- Send a quick text. Joy can send a WhatsApp text message from your business account when someone on your team asks her to.
- Follow sent messages. When a new message is sent from your WhatsApp Business account, an automation can notify the right person on your team.
