What Joymore does
Brokerages that use Dialpad for calling and texting see agent and client conversations there every day. Connecting Dialpad lets Joymore automations start from that activity, so a call or text can kick off the next step in your process.
Once Dialpad is connected, Joymore automations can react to Dialpad events, like a new call event or a new SMS event.
What you can do
- Act on call events. When a new call event happens in Dialpad, an automation can notify the right person on your team.
- Act on new texts. When a new SMS event arrives in Dialpad, an automation can alert the person who owns the follow-up.
- Track contact changes. When a contact is added or updated in Dialpad, an automation can pass the change to the team member who needs it.
