What Joymore does
Some brokerages run texting and calling through their own Twilio numbers. Connecting Twilio lets Joymore automations act on those messages and calls, and send texts as part of the steps your team sets up.
Once Twilio is connected, Joymore automations can react to new incoming text messages and new calls, and run Twilio actions, like sending a message or making a phone call. Joy can also work in Twilio when someone on your team asks her to.
What you can do
- Route incoming texts. When a new text message comes in on a Twilio number, an automation can notify the right person on your team.
- Send a text update. An automation can send a text message from your Twilio number, for example a reminder at a milestone you choose.
- Retrieve call transcripts. When a new transcript is created in Twilio, an automation can retrieve it so the conversation is written down.
