Connect Google Meet so Joy and your automations can schedule, update, or cancel meetings for your team without anyone switching to the calendar to do it.
What Joymore does
Brokerage teams set up calls with agents and clients throughout a transaction. With Google Meet connected, scheduling those calls can happen from Joymore instead of as a separate calendar step.
Once Google Meet is connected, Joymore automations can run Google Meet actions, like scheduling a meeting or updating one that already exists. Joy can also work in Google Meet when someone on your team asks her to.
What you can do
- Schedule a meeting. An automation can schedule a Google Meet meeting, for example a kickoff call when a file reaches a milestone you choose.
- Update or cancel a meeting. When plans change, Joy can update or cancel an existing Google Meet meeting when someone on your team asks her to.
- Look up meetings. Joy can list meetings on a connected calendar and get the details of a specific meeting when asked.

How do I connect Google Meet to Joymore?
Sign in to Joymore, open Settings, and connect your Google Meet account. You can connect it for your whole brokerage or for a single user.
Do agents have to change how they use Google Meet?
No. Agents keep hosting and joining Google Meet calls as they do today.
Can automations react to Google Meet events?
Google Meet automations run actions, like scheduling, updating, and canceling meetings. They do not start from Google Meet events.
