RingCentral integration
Connect RingCentral so automations can react to missed calls, voicemails, and texts, and Joy can send an SMS or place a call when your team asks her to.
What Joymore does
Many brokerages run their phones on RingCentral, so calls, texts, and voicemails from agents and clients come through there. Connecting RingCentral lets Joymore automations act on that activity, so a missed call or voicemail reaches someone who can follow up.
Once RingCentral is connected, Joymore automations can react to missed inbound calls and new voicemails, and run RingCentral actions, like sending an SMS or creating a meeting. Joy can also work in RingCentral when someone on your team asks her to.
What you can do
- Follow up on missed calls. When an inbound call is missed, an automation can alert the person on your team who should call back.
- Pass voicemails along. When a new voicemail arrives, an automation can notify your team so it does not sit unheard.
- Send a text. An automation or Joy can send an SMS from your RingCentral number, for example a reminder about a document that is still needed.
