Microsoft Teams integration
Connect Microsoft Teams so compliance alerts, contract briefs, and broker corrections reach the right channel without your team opening another tool.
What Joymore does
Many brokerages run internal conversations in Microsoft Teams. Joymore runs compliance review on every file as it arrives, and Teams is where the results can show up. Automations can post flagged issues, contract briefs, owner changes, broker corrections, and cancellation cleanup to the channels you choose, so the people who need to act see it where they already work.
Once Microsoft Teams is connected, Joymore automations can react to new channel messages and new chat messages, and run Microsoft Teams actions, like sending a channel message or a chat message. Joy can also work in Microsoft Teams when someone on your team asks her to.
What you can do
- Alert the review channel. When a flagged issue opens, an automation alerts your Teams review channel to issues with the severities you select.
- Share contract briefs. When a file goes under contract, an automation shares the recorded file details, key dates, and review context in a channel.
- Send broker corrections. When a broker sends a file back, an automation shares the recorded corrections and the responsible person in a channel.
- Share cancellation cleanup. When a deal is canceled, an automation shares the remaining cleanup work and its owner in a channel.

Sign in to Joymore, open Settings, and connect your Microsoft Teams account. You can connect it for your whole brokerage or for a single user.
Do agents have to change how they use Microsoft Teams?
No. Agents and staff keep using Teams as they do today. Automations post to the channels you choose, with no extra steps for agents.
Which channels does Joymore post to?
You choose the channel when you set up each automation.
Can automations hand off a file when its owner changes?
