Outlook integration
Connect Outlook so Joymore can send email from your team's own mailbox, agreement PDFs reach the right file, and priority mail gets a drafted reply.
What Joymore does
Many brokerages run on Microsoft Outlook for email and contacts. With Outlook connected, Joymore can send email from your team's own mailbox, so messages come from people clients and agents already know. Agreement PDFs that arrive in a selected mailbox can come into Joymore intake, where they are classified and routed to the right file.
Once Outlook is connected, Joymore automations can react to Outlook events, like a new email or a new attachment arriving, and run Outlook actions, like sending an email or drafting a reply. Joy can also work in Outlook when someone on your team asks her to.
What you can do
- File agreement PDFs. When agreement PDFs arrive in a selected Outlook mailbox, Joy brings the original attachments into Joymore for classification and routing.
- Draft replies to priority mail. Each day, Joy finds flagged or high-priority messages in the mapped inbox and prepares unsent replies for a person to review and send.
- Add closed clients as contacts. When a file closes, Joy adds verified clients who are missing from your Outlook contacts and leaves existing contacts unchanged.
- Send from your own mailbox. Joymore can send email from your team's Outlook account, so clients and agents hear from an address they know.

Do agents have to change how they use Outlook?
No. Agents keep using Outlook as they do today. Automations work in the mailboxes you connect, with no extra steps for agents.
How do I connect Outlook to Joymore?
Sign in to Joymore, open Settings, and connect your Outlook account. You can connect it for your whole brokerage or for a single user.
Does Joy send replies on her own?
Not in the priority mail automation. Joy prepares unsent drafts, and a person on your team reviews and sends them.
Does Joymore work with Gmail too?
Yes. You can connect Gmail from the same Settings page, and Joymore can send email from your team's Gmail mailbox as well.
