Connect Gmail so Joymore can send email from your team's own mailbox and signed agreements that land in Gmail get filed on the right transaction.
What Joymore does
Your agents and staff already run much of each deal through Gmail. With Gmail connected, Joymore can send email from your team's own mailbox, so messages come from people clients and agents already know. Signed agreements that arrive in a selected mailbox can be filed on the matching transaction, with uncertain matches left for your team to review.
Once Gmail is connected, Joymore automations can react to Gmail events, like a new email or a new attachment arriving, and run Gmail actions, like sending an email or creating a draft. Joy can also work in Gmail when someone on your team asks her to.
What you can do
- File signed agreements. When a signed agreement arrives in a selected Gmail mailbox, Joy files it on the confidently matched transaction and leaves uncertain matches for review.
- Send from your own mailbox. Joymore can send email from your team's Gmail account, so clients and agents hear from an address they know.
- Draft replies for review. An automation or Joy can create a Gmail draft, so a person reviews it before anything is sent.
- Organize incoming mail. When a new email matches a search you set, an automation can label or archive it.

How do I connect Gmail to Joymore?
Sign in to Joymore, open Settings, and connect your Gmail account. You can connect it for your whole brokerage or for a single user.
Whose address does Joymore send from?
Email goes out from the connected Gmail account, so it comes from your team's own mailbox.
Does Joymore work with Outlook too?
Yes. You can connect Outlook from the same Settings page, and Joymore can send email from your team's Outlook mailbox as well.
