What Joymore does
Brokerage teams meet with agents, clients, and each other on Zoom. After a meeting ends, the useful details often sit in a transcript no one opens. A Joymore automation can turn completed Zoom transcripts into draft internal notes, so your team has a written record without anyone retyping it.
Once Zoom is connected, Joymore automations can react to Zoom events, like a meeting ending or a recording transcript completing, and run Zoom actions, like creating a meeting or getting a meeting transcript. Joy can also work in Zoom when someone on your team asks her to.
What you can do
- Draft internal meeting notes. When a Zoom transcript is ready, an automation drafts internal notes from the completed meeting.
- Schedule a meeting. Joy or an automation can create a Zoom meeting, for example a call at a file milestone you choose.
- Find a recording after a call. When a recording completes, an automation can get the recording download link so the meeting is easy to find later.
